Service to the Client

Rist Law Offices has a client focused practice. We are dedicated to providing outstanding legal service to every client, every day. All of our clients have the personal cellular phone numbers and email addresses of everyone at the firm who is working on their case. We take pride in making sure that all phone calls and emails are promptly returned. We provide all clients with updates on their case twice a month. This extra effort allows the client to make informed decisions about their case.

We accept all injury cases on a contingency fee basis. Our firm has the resources to front all of the expenses in a client's case. Until we settle or win the client's case, the client owes us nothing.

First Saturday

First Saturday is a grassroots community service program started by Tom and Aimee to provide assistance to communities throughout West Virginia. On the First Saturday of every month, we invite friends, family, clients and the community to work towards making West Virginia an even better place to live through community service activities.

Planned service activities range from "Adopt a Mountain" clean up parties where we remove debris from problem areas in the state to volunteering at local community centers and shelters to help build a better West Virginia.
